Client Story: Guardian Veterinary Center
In 2011, Dr. Andrew Garcia and his wife Danielle began to fall in love while nursing an orphaned puppy named Annie. That was not only the beginning of their family, but also the beginning of their shared work together providing quality, compassionate care for pets. When they decided to launch a family practice in 2021, they knew their new clinic needed quality branding to tell their story!
As the Garcias were preparing to open their new hospital, we spoke to them about their story, and brainstormed how we could represent their goals of uniting a caring, family atmosphere with cutting edge veterinary care.
Key differentiators offered by the practice, such as the drive-up pharmacy window and the onsite adoption center, became visual focal points within the video. Since clients often give positive feedback on the clinic’s modernized and welcoming atmosphere and décor, we also created a set of branding photos for the GVC website that highlighted the customized floorplan and open design.
Finally, we also captured a relaxed but professional portrait of each staff member and their pets so that the Garcias could feature the warmth and personal connection of real human faces on the clinic’s “meet our team” page.
